Q: How much is the entrance fee?
A: Day Tour Rate: Entrance Fee is Php 250 (consumable) per pax.
Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Reservation is recommended to ensure entry.
Q: Can you bring food inside?
A: Bringing cooked food inside the resort is allowed with a corkage fee of Php 500/kilo. No PORK allowed.
Uncooked food is not allowed as our accommodations do not have kitchens.
We have a restaurant, Don Genaro's Restobar, that serves Filipino and Italian cuisines.
Guests are also allowed to eat outside. Please be back at the resort by 10:00 PM.
Q: Can you bring drinks inside?
A: Bringing of drinks is allowed with applicable corkage fees.
No corkage fee for drinking water.
​Q: Are you pet friendly?
A: Small to medium pets are allowed, but should be leashed and have diapers when roaming inside the resort.

Checked-in guests are required to pay a pet fee, and bring pet cages/crates/beds as pets are not allowed on the resort beds.
Q: What are your requirements?
A: Guests are required to present a valid ID upon registration.
Q: Car or parking arrangements?
A: One (1) car per accommodation only.
Additional parking slot is available upon request.
Php 200 will be charged for one (1) additional parking space for one (1) overnight stay.
Q: How to get to the resort?
A: You can find us on Waze / Google Maps: Shepherd's Ridge - Unnamed Road, Laguna.
Please be advised that the road leading to the entrance of resort is a bit rough and narrow.
Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: Yes, but we strongly advise everyone to make a reservation to ensure your entry or secure your preferred accommodation/s.
This applies to Day Tour, Dine-in, and Overnight Stay guests.
Q: Check-in / Check-out time?
A: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
